It all started 25 years ago playing in the kitchen mixing up sauces with mom and dad. For 15 years they entered competitions.
The Smokin SIlverback was born out of the Pandemic of 2020! After years of competing in competitions and loosing his current cooking job due to the Covid pandemic Ben put his ideas together and over the course of 2 years came up with a plan. His goal is to bring the traditional BBQ to the younger generation by incorporating new age plates like tacos, nachos, and other plates that are yet to be made!
